What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer fixed shipping rates: Serbia (€50), Bosnia and Herzegovina (€40), Croatia (€80), Montenegro (€20), and North Macedonia (€60). Delivery times range from 3 to 15 business days depending on your location. All shipping costs are paid at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) through our secure Monri WebPay payment gateway. All payments are processed securely with TLS encryption. Note: Cards such as Diners and Discover are not supported.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
You have a 14-day right of return when you shop at sofacloud.com. The return must be initiated no later than 5 working days after contacting us. Items must be intact and in original packaging. Returns must be made in original packaging and shipping costs are covered by the customer.
How do I file a complaint?
To file a complaint, send an email to sales@sofa-cloud.com with subject line 'Complaint – Order #[your order number]'. Describe the issue clearly and include pictures if applicable. Our team will respond within 3 business days and send you a compliance form via email.

We collect only essential information necessary for fulfilling our obligations. Your personal data is stored for five years and we comply with GDPR regulations. We may share data with service providers, with appropriate safeguards for international transfers outside the EU/EEA.
What are your terms and conditions?
